3. Services Provided

Tech Guys 2 Go, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) agrees to provide the following services (the “Services”) to [Client’s Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”):

  • Remote Computer Support and Repair: The Service Provider will offer remote computer support and repair services to address technical issues and problems with the Client’s computer systems and software.

4. Service Level Objectives

The Service Provider agrees to meet the following service level objectives:

  • Service Availability: The Services will be available to the Client 99.5% of the time, with the exception of scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen events that may result in temporary service interruptions.

  • Response Time: The Service Provider will acknowledge support requests from the Client within 5 minutes of receipt through the following communication channels:

  • The Service Provider offers round-the-clock technical support to the Client.
  • The Client can contact the Service Provider for support via live chat on the Service Provider’s website and email at [email protected].
  • The Service Provider will work diligently to address and resolve the Client’s technical issues.

6. Service Fees and Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the fees specified in the attached agreement or as mutually agreed upon.
  • Payment terms and methods are outlined in the attached agreement.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

11. Entire Agreement

This SLA, along with any attached agreements, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.

12. Amendment

This SLA may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
