Payment Policy

All payments made for services provided by Tech Guys 2 Go, LLC are considered final and non-refundable.

Warranty for Services

Tech Guys 2 Go, LLC (“Tech Guys 2 Go”) provides a 30-day warranty (“Warranty Period”) for the services rendered. During the Warranty Period, if the problem for which the service was initially provided resurfaces, Tech Guys 2 Go will continue to provide support and necessary repairs at no additional charge.

Warranty Coverage

The Warranty Period begins on the date when the initial service is rendered by Tech Guys 2 Go and extends for a period of 30 days thereafter. During this time, Tech Guys 2 Go will address and resolve issues related to the same problem or service originally provided.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Issues unrelated to the original service performed by Tech Guys 2 Go.
2. Damage caused by factors beyond the control of Tech Guys 2 Go, including but not limited to, customer negligence, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Changes or modifications to the system or software made by any party other than Tech Guys 2 Go.
4. Issues arising from hardware or software not covered by the original service.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem for which a service was initially rendered and believe it falls within the Warranty Period and coverage, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Tech Guys 2 Go’s customer support within the Warranty Period at [email protected].
2. Provide detailed information about the issue, including the original service request number, if available.
3. Tech Guys 2 Go will assess the issue and schedule support or repairs as necessary to address the problem within the Warranty Period.

Limitation of Liability

Tech Guys 2 Go’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. Tech Guys 2 Go is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any issues covered under this Warranty.

Modifications

Tech Guys 2 Go reserves the right to modify or amend this refund and returns policy, including the terms of the Warranty, at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
