Depending on the feature, AI may use a limited subset of your configuration, incident history, or documentation to answer questions. We aim to provide useful context while minimizing unnecessary exposure of sensitive data.

How your data is used

• We use AI providers under contract as subprocessors to help generate responses.
• We do not sell your data or use it to train unrelated public models.
• You can request review or deletion of stored conversations where legally permitted.
